Day 33.

Today we got a bit personal. Omg, i thought I was going to be late today cause when i got on the bus, I realized I left my binder at home and had to run home to get it. Then it was already 8, but luckily, I got a ride to the bart station and got there at my normal time. It's always the 2nd day of the week that I'm late. Ahah. Today, we did personal activities and stuff. There were a few laughs, a few tears.

I'm excited to go back to the headlands tomorrow! I miss those OoS kids.
&I miss the passion I felt for Theatre. Where did that disappear to?

Today wasn't too bad, but not interesting enough to blog about. But eh, I'm trying to blog every single day of Summer. In the morning, turned our work in. Hole punch fail.. LOL. Had this persuade game thing which was pretty interesting. Wedge of Awareness; mine is to sleep earlier. Did review of the presentation on Friday. Lunchh, ate some yummy Chinese food again. Too bad I can't use any more money for lunch. Ahaha. Learned about different types of smartness. I'm intrapersonal (self smart) So I learn best individually and have a hard time working in big groups. I guess so. Talked more and then did this other fun game where you're a chicken, then you row sham bo until you turn into a human. LOL. Then did the Bippity Bop game. So funny. Then we closed off. Took the BART with Willie, Melanie, Lorenzo, and Andres. Omg, before that though, we were talking about our trip to the headlands.

Day 30 &31. Retail Therapy!

Day 30.

Didn't really do anything all day but visited grandpa at the hospital at night. Then talked to my mom again before she went to sleep. She asked me if I was still awake because I was worried about her and she told me that I shouldn't have to be worried about her. Sigh. She wants to leave to China to escape all this and leave us here. That kinda pissed me off but eh.

Day 31.

AYEEEE. Retail Therapy with Mimi. :D Woke up and got ready. Ate a hotdog and went outside to wait for Mimi. Went to the busstop but for some reason, the bus didn't even stop there so we ran for the bus. LOL. Took it all the way to Serra. There was a fucking butterfly there and it couldn't fly that well and it scared the shit out of me. Trollin' me so hard. I thought i killed it by the end of the trip cause i used some Harry Potter spell on it and it fell and stopped moving and its wing looked gray. LMAO. We got off the bus and i named it Butterbob. First store we bought something at was H&M. Bought this blouse and feather earrings. :D Then went to other stores. Walked around Macy's and got high off of Justin Beiber's perfume. Ahaha. It actually smells decent.

Went to Forever and Mimi bought her flats. They didn't have those cute heels in my size.): Went to Nina's and bought hella shit. $60 but Mimi bought up to $99. LMAOO. Bought a cute blazer and two pants from there. Bought a scented candle from Bath and Body Works. Mmmm. Went to Denny's cause we starting being hungry. Took us forever to find it. LMAO. Mmm, I ate sooo much. 2 glasses of coke, chicken strips, chicken noodle soup, and two of Mimi's pancakes while she only ate one dish. D: Dude, I fit size 1 jeans now. :0 I lost weight, but got fatter. Whut? LOL. Went to JC Penny's and bought Hello Kitty boxer shorts. :D I want a robe though. Then we went to Wet Seal. Bought a shirt then went to Target for Mimi to buy her socks for her flats. Then we went home.

OMG, we didn't even know where the bus stop was. &this black hobo lady kept hating on us because we had so many bags. She was saying Mimi was a stupid bitch who lost brain cells or something, then when we rain for the bus, we were laughing, and she mocked me. -fp- Stop being so jealous that we got moneymoney.(: Took the bus and saw where I used to live. :D Then we ended up at the end of the bus line. WTH. So we decided to use our clipper card and take the BART back to SF. Then the bus trolled us so hard. 2 minutes? More like 20.. LOL. Mimi- "Ooh, the 8x is coming!" Me- "Watch that's not a 8x, it's a 29." And it was a 29.. LOL. We got home and yeah.

Last night, I had a dream that me and 2 of my Coro coworkers are running from the cops 'cause one of them was a illegal immigrant and the cops were trying to deport him. LOOL.

Day 28 & 29.

Day 28.

Eh, had to come early. Everyone kept arguing over the project. We are like a reality show and some of us just watched the rest of the group argue. Ahaha. Trolled. LOL. I don't remember what else happened at work besides me constantly complaining that I wanted to go home. Oh, we went to eat Chinese food at lunch. Mmmm. So cheap and yummy. After work, took the bart by myself for the first time. Funny how I ended up in Oakland. LOL. Found my way back to SF and mom picked me up at Balboa Park Station. Went out SJ and went to Ed's house. Cute doggy but when she jumps on me, she's so heavy that she makes me thighs hurt so much. Ahahha. Went out to dinner. Pretty funny and chill. Cute. Went back to the house to eat desert and do magic tricks. Pretty fun. Then went back home and was faced with a whole lot of arguing. UGH.

Day 29.

Woke up this morning with my mom coming in my room, which rarely happens so I knew something was up. She told me she couldn't sleep the whole night. I went to get ready and my mom and grandma were talking about taking my grandpa to the hospital. Now my grandpa is the kind of guy who won't admit that he's in pain. If he's in a tremendous amount of pain, he'll say it's only a little. He always makes it better than it is. So this morning when he gave in and said he should be taken to the emergency room, we knew something was wrong. He couldn't move at all so my mom had to call 911. So much crap is happening, first her not being able to sleep cause of all the arguing and tears, then grandpa has to be taken to the ER. Everything is just crap right now. I had to leave for work, but while on the bus, i saw the ambulance coming and I knew it was for my grandpa.

I don't know, we see ambulances all the time but when you know where they're going and who they're taking, it just stings a bit. Went to work and did whatever. Went home and ate dinner. Mom and grandma went to visit grandpa at the hospital. He's getting kind of.. i don't know. Something's going on with his brain. Then my mom had a talk with me about everything. I tried to be strong for her. Held back tears the whole time and just tried to be strong because everything single other thing is crumbling. A lot of the time, I just wanted her to leave so I would be able to cry. I can't do this. I'm not that strong. I can't be the one solid thing the family can hold on to. Now I know how it feels to have to be strong no matter how much you want to break. Thanks for always being my 'rock', mom. Now I guess it's my turn.

Day 27.

We had 2 interviews today. Then we went around ChinaTown and interviewed some community members. Some of these people are so funny. Some are so annoying. Some are plain creepy. Ahem. Yesterday, Brendan told me I sound like a real working woman because all I do is complain about work, my coworkers, how tired i am, and how much I hate it. Ahaha.

I hate it though. I found out a lot of my coworkers do too.

Dy 26.

So i woke up at 6 then slept again and woke up at 8. Awdwbp0idbwaDNf. I was late, got ready and ran out the door in like 5 minutes. Missed the 14 and 14x but caught the 14L that came later. I was 5 minutes late. WEQ:fqrfn. -__- Had a mystery interviewer. He would answer our questions like "What do you do at work?" "A lot of things." or "Did you have connections growing up to lead to where you are now?" "Yes." He wouldnt answer our questions unless we phrased them good enough. "Will you give an example of (blahblah), he would simply say "Yes." and never name them. I thought he was kidding at first, but nope. It was obvious he was playing a role, but props to him that he didn't crack. He went to Stanford. Wow. Went over it, blahblah.

Skip to lunch. Didn't eat, just went down to the lobby to hangout. Eh. Went back and got this handout of a project of the logic of Chinatown. We went to interview Wayne Hu, he went to UCBerk. Interesting. He was really nice and willing to share. Basically, the opposite of our earlier interview guest. Then we went on a tour of ChinaTown. Pretty interesting, learned a lot. Went back to Coro and shared what we learned. Then we presented for 3 minutes. Yup. Summary of the day, then we got to go home. They make us go early and let us out late. -__- Took the 14x, omg this bus saves about 10 minutes. :0 Saw Brendan, walked around the park to check if the 122 went there. Then went home. Yep.

I hate work. I want to shoot myself and sleep. ): And everyone was asking me to hang out today too. -__- 2 days feel like 2 weeks. UGH. My head hurts, I'm hungry, my feet hurt, I can't stand my coworkers, i can go on and on. ._.

First day of Coro.

Day 25.

So i had to wake up at the same time i wake up for school. I got up and was surprisingly happy with the way my hair looked so that saved me some time.(: Ate pancakes and didn't feel well. Maybe it was the nerves or maybe it was me not being used to waking up that early anymore. Oh well. Ate my pancakes and took the 14L. As always, it was outside when i went out. :D I was wearing my regular shoes and held my heels. Walked up Montgomery but needed to use the bathroom extremely badly so I went to McDonald's and changed my shoes too. Got to Coro around 8:55ish. Played this icebreaker game then got handouts about finding our 'wedge' and fixing our weak points. Bro, you need to shut the fuck up. I'm naturally awkward, kay? Gtfo. Played this name game also where we had to throw the ball at someone then say their name.

Then we had to walk around the room and do certain things. Smile, avoid eye contact, greet each other, be in a hurry, ect. Reminded me so much of Theatre. Omg, i miss it. not want to do that. We had some practice ones and they were hilarious. "Do you have kids?!" LOL omg. But really, I don't want to do that because what would i even talk to them about and why would they care? -__- Then we got more papers and had a summary of the day. Got Coro Tshirst. Omggg. We're gonna all have to wear them tomorrow and wear comfy shoes to walk with and slacks. Ugh. After, me and Melanie went to the bathroom to change out of our heels- which, by the way, will be the death of me. Waited for the 8x but it took forever so i took the 14. Saw Jason C, Kahlil, and later, Brendan. Talked to him for a while then went home.

Day 24.

Today, I asked my mom to take the 14 with me and walk to work so I can know where to go tomorrow. We got a ride to Mission &3rd instead. Then we drove up to where my work was and me and my mom walked down back to Mission. Wow, downtown San Francisco is so pretty. I think I'll start to really appreciate and find the beauty of SF this summer now that I'm going to downtown every weekday this summer. It's too bad I don't find the special-ness of San Francisco and the fact people actual travel here to vacation or whatever is so confusing to me. Maybe this summer, I'll learn to appreciate it because I do think downtown SF is really pretty. The best part though, is that there is a Starbucks at like every corner. :D Hahaha.

First day of work tomorrow. I'm not really excited anymore but I always get like this. Wish me luck. (:

So my bangs are crap. They're too long to be my normal bangs but too short to be put any other way. And frankly, I'm trying to grow them out because I'm getting sick of my normal bangs and want something different. But currently, my bangs are absolute crap and I hate them. ): That's why I've been clipping them up lately.

Omgawsh. I have been waiting for this check to arrive for the longest time and it's finally here. It makes me so happy just looking at it.

Day 23; shopping. (:

I didn't think I'd go out today because of what happened yesterday. But my mom woke me up at 11ish asking if I wanted to go shopping. Of course, i couldn't resist that. I woke up and got ready and we headed to Macy's. I just sat there while they were looking at shoes 'cause I didn't need shoes just yet. My mom, my sister, and my grandma got shoes then we went to look at the bags. I needed a new school bag so i saw this pretty Harajuku lovers one. I had a hard time deciding whether I should buy it or not because it was $100. That's really expensive for a school bag and I was broke. But my mom convinced me to get it for myself since i was working and it would be my own hard-earned money. I decided to get it and I really like it. Okay, maybe that's an understatement. I'm starting to fall in love with it. Hahaha.

After that, we went to Forever21 because I saw some cute professional clothes there. Bought "Career Jacket". It's really cute. I can wear it with the long sleeves that i got from WFO and it makes me look younger than the other one they gave me. Cute. I was just taking all this money out of my bank, I'm broke. Hahaha. OoS really needs to give me that stipend from YAB. I really want to go shopping. :D We went to my mom's ex's restaurant later on to eat. After we ate, he gave me and Teresa both $100. Wow, I was speechless. Thanks sooo much. I'm just gonna say that he bought my bag for me cause that was $100 too. <3 Then we headed home.

Today was a goood day. (:

First time crepes, pikapika &scariest day of my life.

Day 22.

So today, I had plans to hang out with Mimi. We were going to Japantown to get Crepes and do Pika Pika. It was my first time getting crepes and doing pika pika. Both were good. We spent like an hour in Pika Pika trying to choose, then trying to make each other look ugly. LOL. It was hilarious. We went around some more and planned what to do with our money. Went to Sunset. Walked up to Safeway but didn't end up getting anything so we went to KFC to eat. Ate and then we started leaving. This is where the scary part starts.

Mimi was throwing away her soda and i saw this guy who looked kind of mentally disabled. I kind of stalled for a while then continued walking. There was a police car that went up to him and gave him his belt or something. Me and Mimi thought it was weird but we continued walking. When he started whipping himself with his belt, we ran to the other side of the street. We continued walking and joking and everything until we saw him sitting on these steps, smoking and waiting for us. Me and Mimi started running because we wanted to get away from his creepy ass, but it was more of a kidding kind of way. But we looked back and he got up to keep walking to. At this point, we were kind of creeped out and we weren't kidding anymore. We crossed the street again to make sure he wasn't following us and he was trying to cross the street but went back when he thought we were coming back.

We got to the part where there were no more shops and stuff around and the 29 bus stop was empty. At this point, we were running to get away from him. When we looked back, he was on the same side of the street again. No one was at the bus stop but there were a bunch of people waiting for the L, we figured we're safe with people around so we went over to them. But the L came and we decided to take it or we would be alone again. While on the L, i had my face turned away from the window but Mimi saw him make that "I see you/I'm watching you" sign where he puts his fingers to his eyes, then at the person. We took the L one stop and got off to walk back to the 29 stop. Lucky for us, the 29 was coming and we got home safe.

Now that the adrenaline is wearing off, I'm thinking of what would happen if he did catch us. We don't know what he would do to us because he's mentally ill. It makes me realize how sick the world is and how there are people who just want to hurt people. It makes me realize that no one really cares because it hasn't happened to him. We're so lucky we got away. We're lucky he didn't actually start running. We're lucky we got on the L when we did and got away. But some people aren't so lucky and now, I'm thinking about how they would have felt and I'm so scared. I feel like a vulnerable little kid again but i also feel like I've grown up and learned something.

I'm just so thankful I got home alive and not hurt.

Day 21.

Let me tell you, today started off extremely crappy. First, I'm on my period and all you ladies would understand what I'm talking about. Gross. Nice thing to wake up to. -__- Then I got an email saying they didn't accept my first AP Bio assignment. It wasn't fun dealing with that. But I solved it and got ready. Went to the Wardrobe for Opportunity thing and saw Melanie's mom and her cute little brother. Her appointment was the one before mine. :0 She told me what she got and stuff. I was after her and they had a hard time choosing stuff for me because I was so small. Hahaha. They didn't have any 0's. I had to get small 2's. ._. LOL. I got shoes and a purse and accessories too. Wow. Got picked up afterward and picked up mom. Went home and tried to eat. I can never eat much before performances.

Got a ride to Rayko. It was kind of fail because i forgot to bring the thing with the address on it. Ahahah. But i guessed that it was 428 and I was right. Haha. Looked at pictures and texted my boys, asking if they were gonna go. Sugar wasn't going, Jesse was in NY and Jack doesn't respond to me. So basically, i hung out with Jessica Lavelle the whole time. Oh there was this cute guy. I nicknamed him "cuteguy" i know, i know. Shut up. LOL. He was cute and we stalked him. Totally wasn't my idea. (; I embarrassed myself so much in front of him because I act retarded around cute boys. BUT his voice is ugly. I started not 'liking' him anymore and mocked on how he would say "I love you" and stuff. LOL. Performed. We really need microphones. Ugh. But it was good regardless. Went home and Jorge got us burritos. Yumyum. Oh, this was the first time Teresa came to watch me perform. :D

Day 20. LOL.

Woke up around 11:30. Got ready, left at 12 to Sunset. He wasn't working today so we decided to eat at Kome instead of his restaurant. This is what always happens. I go in thinking i can eat hella shit. Then i go get my plate full of sushi. And i never end up finishing it and I'm too full to eat anything else. That's how it happens. Every single time. LOL. The bathroom smelled like rotting fish, food, and lemon air freshener. I almost threw up cause of that. -__- Went home and told my mom about Hangover 1 and 2. LOL she thinks it's funny. Too bad it wasn't in Chinese or she'd love it.

Got my eyebrows done while my mom got her facial. Yee, it's about time I did. These suckas were going out of control. I'd take a picture but I currently have a mask on my face so and that's not cute. Haha, got icecream after from Marco Polo. The best icecream place eveer.<3 Went home, got the text from Freddy about performing tomorrow. Yess. I like how everytime I miss performing, Freddy always contacts me about an opportunity to. It's like he reads my mind or something. Ahaha. I'm so down though. But I kind of don't want to be there because they're trying to get me to perform for percussion too. Ugh. -__- I didn't have my piece saved anywhere and I was about to freak out over it until I remember we hd to send our scripts to Freddy and ta-da. There it was, in my 'sent' box thing. Time to re-memorize and hope I don't have to drum tomorrow. :D Went across the street to eat dinner and yep. The end.

Day 19.

Wanted to wake up early today. Makes me feel better about myself. Woke up and did morning stuff. Was hungry but there was nothing to eat. Wanted to go to Safeway for junkfood but never got around to it. My sister is a fucking dumbass sometimes. Mom called asking if we wanted to join her to eat at ABC. Took the bus there. Sat next to this old creepy man who kept scooting closer to me and a sleeping man who was leaning towards me to. Omg. Went to ABC. While we waited for food, me and Teresa went to Ssfeway. Bought chips.<3 LOL. Went back to ABC. I ate french toast. Hehehe. Went to Ross with my madre for 5 minutes. Went home.

Day 17.

Woke up feeling like shit. I woke up at 7am yesterday and 1:40pm today. Whut.

But I had a dream about dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets. Giant dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets. Strange. Basically caught up on Secret Life of an American Teenager and cried so much when they lost the baby. I didn't expect to cry and it wasn't one of those "Omg, I'm tearing up." It was just full sob. LOL. Heartbreaking.

Started watching Skins US and it was pretty stupid so I watched Skins UK instead. Much better. :D Hehehe.

Day 18.

I really need to wake up earlier. ._. Watched Skins. Helped my mom's friend with BART things. LOL, I've never taken BART in my life- i think. Talked about my internship. Called me modest. Hehe. Eh, I used to love going out and doing things. Now I can't be bothered to even go out for work or anything. I worry too much and think of everything that can go wrong. And nothing ends up going wrong. Stop worrying. I tell myself that all the time but it never seems to work. Hell, I'm worrying this second about everything. Ugh, I'm going to get white hairs soon. I woke up 2 hours ago and I feel like my day should be over already. Oh my god. Coro needs to fix me.

Day 14-16

Day 14.

Day after the vacation. Spent unpacking and resting and catching up on all the lost sleep. Was suppose to go eat lunch with family but they decided not to wake us up. After, mom called to ask if we wanted to go to Costco. Showered and got ready. Costco, took pictures with the giant teddybear, lol.

Day 15.

I don't think I did anything on this day. I remember watching Just Go With It with my sister. I love Adam Sandler. :D Yep, don't remember doing anything else of significance.

Day 16.

Coro orientation! Woke up early to get ready and curl my hair. Ate mashed potatoes. Got Jorge to drive me. Got lost, but found our way quickly. Got there perfectly on time. Signed in and did the icebreakers. I think most people, if not everyone, from our group in the selection day got in. LOL. Good, more familiar faces. Then we had to go in the middle of the circle, introduce ourselves, then bust a move. Fuck my life? Yes. You'd think I'd be comfortable with this because we have to do things similar to this all the time in Theater, but no. I don't like this at all. LOL. Then we did the dancing thing with random parts of our bodies. Er. Awkward.

Got separated into SF group and Oakland group. Interviewed our partners, but we couldn't write what they were saying down. We couldn't write anything, only pictures. I drew mostly stick people and when I presented, i was like WTF does this mean even though I drew it. ._. (My sister later on laughed really hard over my drawings because they suck and don't make any sense.) My voice felt strained like I was losing my voice or it wouldn't come out. WHUT. This is not a good time to fail on me. ._. I'm usually good with public speaking. Da hell? Played the "I Seek Common Ground" game. ._. "I seek common ground with people who have hair." Cleverclever. LOL.

Went downstairs to potluck. Sat with Melanie and her family the whole time. I like her mom, gave me great tips on internships and jobs. One thing she said stuck to me "Never said 'I don't know', say 'I will find out'." This just stuck out to me. Interesting. Anyway, ate, then played games. Then got separated from Oakland group and again and got told about Coro. Omg, we're going to Marin Headlands again. Without my Out of Site kids though? How sad. The only reason I loved and enjoyed Marin Headlands so much was because I had such lovely people with me. Not to be a downer or whatever, but I have a feeling I won't really like or be close to this group of kids with the exception of one or two. ._. I hope i get proved wrong, of course.

Yawp, then left with my mama. Sat in traffic on the Oakland bridge for like 2 hours. There was this cute little girl who kept waving to me from the other car though. Whenever our cars would pass each other, we would wave. It was soo cute and it made us smile. Hahaha. Overall, pretty good day. Not what I expected but the rule list and deduction sheet is kind of scaring me away. ._.

 Now I'm tired and sleepy and totally ready for bed. Sweet dreams, world.

Day 13.

Last day.): Slept at 1am and woke up at around 5:30am. Bussed to Harvard and MIT. Ate a vegan soup with veggies. Yum. :D Honestly, the campuses were nothing special. It was more interesting watching the Worker take out the grass. LOL. Eh, worrying about the future constantly. Scratch that, worry constantly. I worry so much.. about everything. Sigh. Went on a boat tour. Idk, played on my itouch the whole time. Ate and shopped. Airport time. Said our goodbyes. I don't want to go back home.): Don't want to face reality.

I dislike my family a lot of the time.

Day 9-12

Day 9.

On our way to Canada. Went to Hershey's chocolate world. Too bad I don't like chocolate. Took pictures and such. Drove a whole lot IPod died pretty quickly. Went to this glass museum. Watched how they made glass sculptures. Interesting and pretty. Stayed at the shop part for most of the time. (: Drove more, went to Canadaa.(: Everything is way too cute here. I love it here already. Took pictures and wished we lived here. Hahah. Went to hotel, faced my fear and swam. Went into the hotub. So relaxing. (:

Day 10.

Woke up early. Coffee. Went to Niagra Falls and watched the movie about it. Looked at it. Ate lunch at this revolving tower place. So fancy, felt white. LOL. Went to another boat ride. Pretty but soo many bugs at the end. Went to the CM tower thing. Glass floors. Ahaha. Then went to China Town to eat dinner. Back to hotel. (: The beds are so cool. Watched 1,000 Ways to Die and America's Got Talent.

Day 11.

Went on a boat tour at Thousand Islands. Craved hotdogs so bought a hot dog. Tried vinegar and salt chips for the first time. Pretty disgusting but addicting. Then for lunch, found out we were eating hotdogs.-_- Drove hecka long to the Olympic tower. Pretty cool, I guesss. Then went to eat Pho. Yay. :D Thr hotel wa pretty crappy though.

Day 12.

Today wa basically driving, driving, and more driving. Went to a military base of Quebec. Wnt to at 'Spag & tini'. I don't know why I remember the name. Haha, fancy though. Drove more. Crossed the border back to USA. Shopped a bit. Drove more. Bought chips at a rest stop. Watched movies on the bus. Ate dinner. Went back to the hotel but I like this hotel. Sheraton. Their pens are so cute. LOL (:

Day 6.

Got like 4 hrs of sleep. Always lovely. Woke up at 5 and got ready to go to the airport. Got on the plain quickly. They were showing Beastly so I finally watched it. It was alright, im not really impressed. I don't like tours. I'm a party pooper. Went to Rockefeller and Times Square for a bit. I'm kind of in love with Times Square. Haha. Hotel, read for a bit then slept. Really comfortable.

Day 7.

Woke up hecka early and immediately reached for my coffee. (: Visited museums-Intrepid and Metropolitan art museum. Went to the Empire State building. Mhmm. I really don't remember much but we had a fancy Italian dinner at the pier.

Day 8.

Today we left New York. Went to visit Independence Hall. Passed by Maryland and went to Washington DC. Went to take pictures of the white house. Went to a space museum. It was pretty interesting. I'm blanking out on what else we did. Ahaha.
