Dear GrammaCarmen,

I know this is kind of random.. But one night (a few weeks ago) i was feeling a bit down and i remembered how in MiddleSchool, you were always there for me. When i was depressed, you would always stay up really late, talking to me and making me feel better. When i was about to give up on my dreams, you would encourage me. You would listen to me rant and ramble, no matter how late it was. You told me that you would always support me in whatever i wanted to do and you were there for me. I know we haven't be talking as much now. I guess we both changed a lot, huh? My life changed a lot, and I'm sure yours did too. I thought i had it bad back then.. Haha.

Well, i just wanted to say thank you for all of that. I remember you were what i leaned on. I even wrote you a song. Angel in Disguise. I lost the song lyrics, but i think it's still true. You're very amazing and you never judge. I just wanted to let you know that i haven't forgotten all those nights.. I wish we were still close but people do change and we drifted away. But still, thanks for the encouragement, support, advice, and everything. You were a really good best friend to me. If you need anything, I'll be here for you too. Love you.(:
